OMNIPRESSENT
Specialist press · Marketing practice

Most books don’t fail.
They’re never found.

Omnipressent is a specialist book publisher and an advanced marketing practice in the same building. We publish the book to the standard it deserves — then put it in front of the readers who were always going to buy it.

Where we stand

Where we stand

A book nobody finds isn’t a book. It’s a very expensive PDF.

There are two ways to get a book out at the moment, and both of them let authors down. Traditional houses take a year, publish beautifully and then market almost nothing beyond the first fortnight. Vanity presses take a fee, print whatever you send them and call the invoice a business model.

Omnipressent takes on a book because we back it. If we cannot see how the book reaches its readers, we say no — which is better for you than a yes we cannot deliver on.

Two

disciplines under one roof. Editorial and marketing sit in the same meeting from the first commissioning conversation onwards.

One

plan per title, shared openly with the author, so nobody is guessing afterwards about what actually moved copies.

Zero

fees to be published. We are not a vanity press. If a book is on our list, our own money is on it too.

The method

Four stages, and the last one never really ends.

Most publishing timelines stop at launch week. Ours is built so that a title’s second year can out-earn its first — because for a specialist book, it usually should.

01

Assess

We read the manuscript and the market in the same fortnight. Who is the reader, where do they already look, what are they buying instead right now, and is there a gap wide enough to be worth the work? You get a straight answer either way, with the reasoning attached.

02

Publish

Structural edit, line edit and proof. Cover and interior design. Print, ebook and audio production. Metadata, categories and pricing treated as a serious discipline rather than a form to fill in at the end, because for discoverability they very nearly are the product.

03

Launch

Planned before the manuscript is finished, not after. Search and category positioning, digital PR, retail and paid advertising, the author’s own audience, and every review, podcast and extract placement lined up to land inside the same window.

04

Compound

The stage almost everyone skips. Rankings maintained, editions kept current, new formats and territories opened, and the book worked as the long-term asset it is — for the author’s standing as much as for the royalty statement.

The list

What “specialist” actually means here.

We publish books written by people who know something properly, for readers who need to know it too. Narrow subjects, serious buyers, long shelf lives.

i.

Business and strategy

Operators writing down what actually worked, rather than consultants writing around what might.

ii.

Practitioner and trade

The definitive book in a field small enough that nobody has bothered to write it well yet.

iii.

Narrative non-fiction

Real subjects, properly reported, written to be read rather than merely referenced.

iv.

Reference and series

Books that get revised, reissued and recommended for a decade — where the compounding stage earns its keep.

The founders

Four people who got tired of watching good books disappear.

Omnipressent was founded by four advanced marketing strategy experts who between them cover both halves of the problem — making the book, and making it findable. Neither half is a bolt-on here, because neither half belongs to a supplier.
